• How are your Mugs Printed?

  Mugs are printed using a method called dye sublimation. This process helps create vibrant, long-lasting designs that become part of the mug’s surface, not just something that sits on top of it.

  1. Design printing: Your design is inkjet-printed onto special transfer paper using dye-sublimation inks. The image is printed in reverse (mirrored).

  2. Wrapping the mug: The printed transfer paper is wrapped around the mug so the design is facing inward toward the surface.

  3. Heat and pressure application: The mug is placed in a heat press. High temperature and pressure cause the ink to turn into gas and bond with the mug’s special coating.

  4. Design becomes permanent: The ink blends into the coating, making the image part of the mug itself. It won’t peel or crack over time.

  This method results in a smooth, durable finish that can handle everyday use.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  Each product is made to order and can take up to 7 business days to make. Most are shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

  Mugs are $7.00-$8.49 and $2.50 for each additional mug.

  Sometimes orders may ship out separately because of printing time variations. Don't worry, you will get everything you ordered.
